Board of Finance

The Board of Finance shall administer the financial affairs of the congregation and payment of all church obligations. The Board shall prepare preliminary Church budget proposals and recommend them to the Church Council by the October Church Council Meeting. The Board shall secure a surety bond or insurance in sufficient amount to guard against loss or theft of funds while in the custody of the Treasurer or Finance Secretary. The Board of Finance shall recommend auditors to the Church Council before the Annual Business Meeting, Part I.
