Board of Council

The authority of government is invested in the Church membership. The management, administration and oversight of all business and spiritual affairs are delegated to the Church Council. The Church Council shall be empowered to act on behalf of the total membership on all matters except those expressly reserved for a church business meeting by the Constitution or Bylaws.
